Protection of parenthood
A list of employee rights related to parenthood is constantly growing, which requires employers to take this issue into account in work planning, division of tasks and other actions undertaken on a daily basis.
In this area, we not only stay up-to-date with all the amendments but also suggest practical application of these provisions and the solutions developed based on our experience.
Under this area of practice, we:
- draft documents regarding the fulfilment of the employer’s obligations with regard to the employee rights related to parenthood;
- provide support and ongoing advise on all issues related to the protection of parenthood, from the protection of the employment relationship of pregnant employees to issues related to the termination of employment contracts with protected employees;
- assist employers in dealing with difficult labour law regulations related to employees taking various types of leaves, or their rights upon return from parental and childcare leaves.
