partner / Attorney at Law
I specialise in both individual and collective employment law, advising employers on decisions that are critical from an organisational, operational and risk management perspective. My practice focuses on areas that require a combination of legal expertise, a thorough understanding of HR processes, and insight into the realities of running a business.
A particular focus of my work is advising on workplace misconduct, including bullying, discrimination and other inappropriate behaviours in the workplace. I support organisations in building compliant and responsible workplace cultures — from designing and implementing policies and procedures, to developing codes of conduct and internal standards, as well as providing guidance in situations that require a prompt, balanced and pragmatic response.
I lead and support internal investigations, including workplace bullying investigations and inquiries into breaches of organisational standards. I help employers not only manage these processes effectively and fairly, but also mitigate legal, reputational and operational risks while developing solutions tailored to the specific needs of their organisation.
I also advise on the implementation and review of whistleblowing frameworks and support organisations in ensuring that their internal policies remain aligned with an evolving legal and regulatory landscape. An important part of my practice involves assisting employers with the design and implementation of workplace arrangements, including remote and hybrid working models.
I represent employers in employment disputes and in proceedings before the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), focusing on solutions that balance business objectives with the long-term stability and security of the organisation.
I regularly deliver training sessions, seminars and workshops for management teams and HR professionals, with a focus on the practical application of employment law and developing the skills necessary for effective people management. I am a regular lecturer for the Association of Accountants in Poland and the author of publications addressing current challenges and emerging trends in employment law.
In my work, I am committed to providing practical and proportionate solutions that enable organisations to operate efficiently, minimise risk and support sustainable long-term growth.
