For over 15 years I have been specialising in issues related to international mobility of employees as well as cross-border provision of services and posting of employees to both EU/EEA countries and non-European destinations.

I support Clients of the Law Firm in development and implementation of safe models of posting employees abroad with regard to administrative requirements, working conditions, remuneration for work and specific tax and social security aspects. My area of practice includes also issues related to the provision of employment in Poland to foreigners.

I often participate as an expert and an advisor in various initiatives and projects supporting Polish enterprises in both national and international development.

As part of my specialisation, I share my practical knowledge, conducting numerous training courses, both open to the broader public and dedicated to individual Clients. I also cooperate with private entities and public administration authorities on a regular basis.
