Information on personal data processing

  1. The controller of your personal data is the law firm under the name of Szuszczyński Kamińska Kancelaria Prawa Pracy s.c., ul. Wrocławska 6/37, 61 – 837 Poznań (the “Law Firm”). In all matters related to personal data processing, please contact us by e-mail at kancelaria@szuszczynski.pl or by mail to the above address in Poznań.
  2. Providing your personal data is voluntary, however, necessary for receiving the newsletter.
  3. Your personal data are processed under Article 6 (1f) of the GDPR for sending newsletters and conducting direct marketing. Furthermore, pursuant to Article 172 of the Telecommunications Law Act and Article 10 of the Act on the Provision of Services by Electronic Means, we will contact you directly by sending the ordered (free) newsletters, as well as send individual information about the services offered and events organised by the Law Firm.
  4. We will process your personal data for the period necessary to achieve the goals referred to in point Sec. 3, until an effective objection to further processing is filed or until we obtain information about the obsolescence of such data.
  5. While processing your personal data, we use providers of hosting, sending newsletters, website traffic analytics, marketing and IT services.
  6. Your personal data will not be processed outside the territory of the European Economic Area.
  7. Given the basis for the processing of your personal data by the Law Firm, please be informed that you have the right of access to your personal data, rectification or erasure of the data, restriction of processing them, the right to data portability, the right to object and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, i.e. the President of the Office of Personal Data Protection (address: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa), if you consider that by processing your personal data we infringe the applicable provisions of law.
