At the Law firm, I focus on issues related to remuneration policy, adapting internal workplace documents to changing legal regulations and providing ongoing support and advice to employers.

I gained professional experience in law firms in Szczecin and Poznań, providing legal services to an advertising agency and working as an in-house lawyer in the legal department of a Polish branch of a foreign company. As a part of my previous practice, I also conducted internal labor law audits for employers. This experience allowed me to understand the needs of both individual clients and businesses, as well as the realities of how organizations operate from the inside.

I provide legal assistance to both individual and business clients and represent their interests in court. In my professional work, I prioritize an individual and collaborative approach, reliability, precision and the search for solutions that meet the clients’ real needs and goals.

I graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Szczecin. I am a member of the Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Poznan. I completed postgraduate Studies in Mediation and Negotiation at the Poznań School of Banking and hold a mediator certificate. My solid foundation in civil law provides me with a foundation for further development and specialization in labor law.
