I specialize in both individual and collective labor law, providing comprehensive legal advice to Polish and international businesses on their day-to-day operations.

I support employers in matters related to unequal treatment, workplace discrimination, and bullying, as well as in addressing other issues concerning inappropriate workplace behavior. I am responsible for developing and implementing anti-discrimination policies, conflict management procedures, and ethical guidelines within organizations. Additionally, I ensure compliance of internal company regulations with whistleblower protection laws. I also advise employers on all aspects of remote work.

I assist clients in conducting internal investigations, including anti-bullying proceedings, and represent employers in court cases and proceedings against the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS).

As an expert, I lead numerous training sessions, seminars, and workshops aimed at enhancing the competencies of management teams and HR departments in labor law. I am a speaker at HR law conferences, a regular lecturer at the Association of Accountants in Poland, and the author of numerous publications on current trends and key issues in labor law.
