From the beginning of cooperation with the Law Firm, I have been providing day-to-day legal assistance to Clients in the area of individual and collective labour law.

I mainly deal with issues related to unequal treatment, discrimination in employment and bullying at work, as well as all other undesirable situations in the workplace, also reported by whistleblowers. I support our Clients in internal investigations and court proceedings, Also, I am interested in issues related to parental rights and financial responsibility of employees. I also advise on the implementation of remote work by employers.

As for my professional experience, I worked also in other Poznań law firms providing comprehensive services to natural persons and business operators.
