Szuszczyński
partner / Attorney at Law
I specialise in individual and collective labour law. I advise employers in any issues related to working time and non-compete clauses with regard to both current and former employees. Also, I support our Clients in relations with employees’ representatives, trade unions and works councils, from assisting employers in shaping these relations in a correct way to participating in collective disputes. I represent Clients before labour courts of all instances and the Supreme Court.
I am a labour law expert of the “Lewiatan” Wielkopolska Employers Association, being a member of the Lewiatan Confederation of Employers.
My experience in labour law has been gathered from 10 years of professional practice in one of the leading law firms in the Wielkopolska region where I managed the works of the labour law department and, next, from a few years of work in my own boutique labour law firm, first of its kind in Poznań.
I am the author of press publications and a participant in television and radio appearances, in which I comment on issues related to the various aspects of labour law and HR. I conduct training courses and seminars on labour law and I am a permanent lecturer in labour law at the Accountants Association in Poland.
