Cooperating with the Law Firm, I deal with issues related to corporate labour law acts, recognising the role of internal policies and regulations in the functioning of organisations. In this regard, I support employers in various aspects of work order and organisation in the workplace, including issues such as employee inspections, monitoring, disciplinary penalties or employee sobriety tests.

I provide Clients with support in developing and implementing rules of the company social fund and with day-to-day advice on the practical application of such rules and the Company Social Fund Act. My specialisation includes also issues related to occupational health and safety (OHS), with a special focus on accidents at work and occupational diseases.

I represent Clients before common courts of all instances and in mediation proceedings.

I gained professional experience in law firms in Central Pomerania and Poznań, providing comprehensive legal services to business operators, cooperatives and natural persons.
