I specialise in individual and collective labour law. While cooperating with the Law Firm, I support its Clients in particular in issues related to the legal position of trade unions, social dialogue in the workplace, collective disputes and non-standard forms of employment. A significant part of my practice also involves advising employers on the prevention of workplace bullying, discrimination, and other forms of inappropriate workplace conduct. I support clients in conducting internal investigations, designing preventive measures, and implementing and applying whistleblowing procedures, including systems for reporting legal violations and protecting whistleblowers.

Before starting cooperation with the Law Firm, I gained professional experience in Poznań law firms providing comprehensive legal services to natural persons and business operators.

I hold a Doctor of Law degree. In addition to my cooperation with the Law Firm, I am also employed as a lecturer at the Chair of Labour Law and Social Law of the Law and Administration Faculty at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

I speak English.
