I am a lecturer at the Polish Accountants Association (Stowarzyszenie Księgowych w Polsce). I gained my professional experience working within the HR departments of international corporations and by running my own HR law consultancy practice. I have also collaborated with law firms, providing practical and business-oriented solutions to employers in employment and social security law matters.
I completed postgraduate studies in Executive Coaching at the Poznań University of Economics and Business, management studies at WSB Merito University, and numerous professional courses in employment law, HR management, and personal effectiveness. I am also a certified Project Manager.
