I conduct HR and payroll audits as well as due diligence reviews. I advise employers in proceedings concerning unequal treatment, workplace discrimination, and mobbing. I help clients ensure that their internal regulations comply with applicable legal requirements.

I am a lecturer at the Accountants Association in Poland. I gained experience working in internal HR departments of international corporations, as well as by running my own business focused on HR law. I have collaborated with law firms, providing entrepreneurs with practical solutions in matters related to labor law and social security.I completed postgraduate studies in managerial coaching at the University of Economics, management studies at Merito University, and numerous courses in labor law, HR, and personal effectiveness. I am a certified project manager.

I combine managerial and business experience with in-depth expertise in HR law.
