Anna
Kamińska

partner / Counsellor at Law

For over a dozen years I have been dealing with both individual and collective labour law, providing advice to Polish and foreign entrepreneurs on that subject in their day-to-day operations, as well as on capital transformations. In the Law Firm, I handle mainly issues related to personal data protection, securing employees against violation of business secrets and non-compete obligations by employees, as well and HR and labour law due diligence. In my professional career, I have carried out employment restructuring, including both voluntary leave schemes and collective redundancies, as well as transfers of the workplace to another employer. I represent Clients in labour disputes and in proceedings against the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) before common courts and the Supreme Court.

For over 7 years I worked in one of the largest law firms in the Wielkopolska region where I managed the labour law practice for 3 years. Based on many years of experience in the provision of legal advice to business clients, I have learnt that getting to know the Client’s needs and business specificity must be the first step in the attempt to solve issues faced by the Client as an employer.

I have extensive experience in providing training. From the beginning of my professional practice, I have devoted a lot of time and commitment to conducting training courses and workshops on various aspects of HR law and to writing articles related to that subject.

I graduated from European Studies and Law at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. I am a member of the Regional Chamber of Counsellors at Law in Poznań.

I speak English and German.
