New definition of a young person

From 1 September 2018, the definition of a young person will change. Until now, within the meaning of the provisions on the employment of young people, a young person was a person who reached the age of 16 but was not yet 18.

After the aforementioned changes, a young person is a person who has reached the age of 15 but is not yet 18. According to the new wording of this definition, as a rule, it will be prohibited to employ a person who has not yet turned 15.
