I specialize in civil procedure, in particular separate civil proceedings, enforcement and international civil proceedings.
As part of my cooperation with the law firm, I support Clients in matters related to court disputes in the area of employment and court enforcement.
I am an attorney-at-law and a doctor of law employed at the Department of Civil Procedure I at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Lodz. I conduct professional training for judges, advocates, legal advisors and court bailiffs.
I have many years of experience in litigation, including employment proceedings with the participation of persons holding managerial positions. I am the author or co-author of several dozen scientific publications in the field of civil procedure.
I speak English and German.
