I provide daily support to Clients in the area of individual and collective labor law. Among other things, I advise Clients on the conclusion and termination of employment agreements and civil law contracts. I gained experience in nationwide law firms, providing comprehensive support in the field of labor law for entrepreneurs. I am a member of the Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law in Poznan.

I have represented employers before the labor court on many occasions, in particular in cases related to the termination of employment contracts and in matters of trade union membership. I have also conducted internal labor law audits for employers.

In addition to providing ongoing advice to employers and representing them in litigation, at the law firm I also support our Clients in digital transformation processes, i.e. reducing the number and scope of “papers” in the HR sphere.
