While cooperating with the Law Firm, I support Clients in day-to-day tax consultancy related to various aspects of the HR area. I analyse tax effects of benefits provided to employees, associates and managerial staff. Also, I draft legal opinions and file requests for the issuance of individual interpretations. I participate in tax audits, represent Clients of the Law Firm in disputes with tax authorities and in proceedings before administrative courts.
I have several years of professional experience in the area of taxes and I started my practice working in tax authorities and, next, cooperating with the leading tax consultancy firms in Poland. For several years, I acted as a head of tax consultancy department in one of the biggest law firms in the Wielkopolska region.
I am an author of press publications on tax law, have several years of experience in training, acted as a lecturer at numerous tax conferences and conducted internal training tax courses for companies.
