Anna
Kamińska
partner / Attorney at Law
For over a dozen years I have been dealing with both individual and collective labour law, providing advice to Polish and foreign business operators on their day-to-day operations and capital transformations.
At the Law Firm, I mainly deal with issues related to remuneration policies, personal data protection, employment of managerial and executive officers, as well as conducting labour law due diligence. In my professional career, I have had the opportunity to advise numerous employers carrying out employment restructuring, including both voluntary leave schemes and collective redundancies, as well as transfers of the workplace to another employer. I represent Clients in labour law disputes and court proceedings against the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS).
Based on many years of experience in the provision of legal advice to business clients, I have learnt that getting to know the Client’s needs and business specificity must be the first step in the process of solving issues faced by such Client as an employer.
I devote a lot of time and commitment to conducting training courses and workshops on various aspects of HR law and writing articles related to that subject. Also, I participate in seminars and conferences on legal issues in HR and I am a permanent lecturer at the Accountants Association in Poland.
I speak English.
