Cooperating with the Law Firm, I support its Clients mainly in issues related to the employment of foreigners and the posting of employees. I am also responsible for verifying the legality of foreigners’ stay in Poland, I advise on legalisation of their employment and, upon employment, I assist in settling the benefits due to them.
My other specialisation is supporting employers in all issues related to social security and actions taken by them as contribution payers. I advise, inter alia, on reporting obligations, doubts about filling in ZUS forms, interpretation of insurance regulations, settlement issues and exemptions from contributions.
