I provide legal guidance to employers in both individual and collective labour law matters. My field of expertise is compliance which I perceive as making sure that employer’s activity complies with statutory law, internal procedures and ethical matters. During my work in international company I have gained practical knowledge of whistleblowing, conducting anti-mobbing and anti-discrimination investigations as well as drafting internal regulations (eg. Code of Ethics/Code of Conduct) that mitigate compliance risks. I am also deeply interested in ,,soft’’ labour law matters such as Diversity, Inclusion and ensuring that workplace is free of mobbing, discrimination and any other misconduct.

I graduated from Adam Mickiewicz University with master’s degree in Law. I have also finished postgraduate compliance studies at Poznań University of Economics and Business. I am Certified Whistleblowing Officer (AWBO).
