I support Clients of the Law Firm in issues related to intellectual property right, compliance and personal data protection (GDPR).

Based on experience gained in companies and international capital groups, including in energy, gas, construction, e-commerce, modern technology and media sectors, I provide Clients with modern legal solutions tailored to the specificity of a given organisation, while recognising complex interrelationships between the HR area and the employer’s business environment.

For the last few years, I have been working as an in-house lawyer and compliance officer in a Polish company being a software producer and consulting services provider, as well as in an international platform of companies from the specialist IT services sector. I was also responsible for a number of implementations of the GDPR provisions in companies from various economic sectors.
