At the Law Firm, I deal primarily with issues related to remuneration and other benefits for employees and contractors. In the area of my interests there are also issues related to working time and rights related to parenthood.
I am a practitioner with over 13 years of experience in field of payroll and HR gained while working at capital group operating in logistic sector as well as international advisory services company. I was engaged in comprehensive wages and salaries calculation for employees, including recording and settlement of working time and management of employee benefit systems. I was also responsible for the preparation of social security, personal income tax and statistical returns and forms. I participated in collective redundancies process and designed and implemented remuneration systems, internal rules and regulations as well as other HR-related procedures.
