I support Clients of the Law Firm in all issues related to social security and health insurance, in particular those subject to audit by the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS).

I’ve been dealing with these issues for 35 years at ZUS as an audit inspector and later as a head of audits for the whole province. My responsibilities included formulating questions for exams of ZUS audit inspectors and acting as a committee member during such exams. I also trained ZUS audit inspectors in coming up with evidence to support the audit findings.

My previous experience has resulted in my considerable expertise in the proceedings during an audit of the contribution payer from the other side, i.e. from the perspective of procedural regulations, internal guidelines and practices of the pension authority. I use this know-how while consulting and advising Clients of the Law Firm at all stages of audits and disputes with ZUS.

I also have wide experience in conducting training courses and audits at contribution payers.
