In the Law Firm, I comprehensively support the provision of day-to-day services to Clients in the area of labour law. My special interests include issues related to the entering into, determining the terms and conditions and termination of individual employment relationships, as well as issues regarding the protection of personality rights and privacy in the workplace and the scope of freedom of expression of employees in relation to the employer’s activities.

I began gaining professional experience already during studies in law firms providing services to both business operators and natural persons. After choosing labour law as a research area for my master’s thesis, I started practising broadly understood labour and HR law.

During my studies I actively participated in academic life by getting involved in the Student SelfGovernment. I contributed to numerous social and cultural events of the Poznań academic community and initiated regular charity events organised at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. I participated in courses and training sessions, e.g. on soft skills and individual cooperation with clients. In 2017 I attended an international comparative labour law conference organised by the European Working Group on Labour Law on the issue of the right to privacy under labour law.

I am a law graduate from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

I speak English.
