Office Manager

I am an enthusiast of optimisation of work processes and implementation of improvements in the office environment. I am committed to coordination of various aspects of the Law Firm’s functioning and responsible for efficient internal and external communication. In my opinion, the essential elements of my work is good organisation, problem-solving skills and efficiency that I employ at work every day.

My interests include human resources management and project management. I agree with the saying that the only constant in life is change and, therefore, I constantly improve my qualifications and remain open to new challenges.

I graduated from the Wrocław University of Economics and Business, major in management, with my diploma thesis on selected dysfunctions in the selection of employees for the organisation.
